Ingredients:
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. veg oil
3 eggs
3 c. flour
2 t. baking soda
1 t. cinnamon
1 t. nutmeg
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. cloves
1 can (15 oz.) solid-pack pumpkin
Combine: Sugar and oil, add eggs one at a time. Combine dry ingredients, then slowly add to other mixture until well mixed. Generously grease or spray bundt pan, add mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 60-65 minutes or until toothpick near the center comes out clean. Cool completely before removing from pan.
Dust with powdered sugar or spread with Cream Cheese frosting (below)
Beat together:
1/3 c. softened cream cheese
1 stick softened butter
2 c. powdered sugar
Place frosting on top of ring, then spread downward halfway. No need to cover entire cake.
