Fajitas

Two boneless, skinless, chicken breasts (thawed and cut in smaller portions)
One bell pepper
One medium onion
One package of McCormick Fajita mix

In a frying pan with a tablespoon of oil, cook chicken until no longer pink inside.  Remove from pan.  Add cut strips of pepper and onion to another tablespoon of oil and cook until tender.  Add chicken (cut into bite size pieces/strips) and fajita mix to the pan and heat on low until ready to serve.  Serve on tortillas with your favorite toppings (sour cream, lettuce, tomato, salsa, cheese, etc.)
