Chocolate Chip Blondie Brownies

Melt:
2/3 c. butter

Add melted butter to this mixture:
2 c. brown sugar
2 t. vanilla
2 beaten eggs
1/4 t. maple flavoring
2/3 c. shredded coconut flakes

Then add dry mixture:
2 c. flour
1 t. baking powder
1/4 t. baking soda
1 t. salt

Grease 9 x 13 pan, spread mixture into pan trying not to touch edges of pan (it will spread while baking, then sprinkle 1-2 c. of milk chocolate chips on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minute or until golden and toothpick comes out clean.  Don't over bake.

Chicken Pillows

1 - 8 oz. can crescent rolls
1 - 8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. butter
2-3 c. cooked/chopped chicken breast or use chicken from a rotisserie chicken

*Optional
1 egg and 1 sleeve of saltine crackers (crushed)

Topping:
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. milk
2 T. sour cream
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Soften butter and cream cheese in a bowl, then mix until well incorporated.  Add chopped chicken and mix. Lay out crescent dough on cookie sheet and add mixture on each crescent.  Fold up sides to form a pillow and seal sides together.  *optional part...dip each pillow into a beaten egg + 1 T. water mixture, then dip into crushed saltine crackers.  Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Heat the topping ingredients together to form a gravy and pour on pillow.

Breakfast Casserole

1 small bag of frozen hash browns
6-8 eggs (beaten)
1/4 c. milk
1 lb. pork sausage
1 small package of shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper

In a greased 9 x 13 inch pan, place frozen hash browns.  Brown pork sausage until no longer pink and drain.  Place on top of hash browns.  Beat 6-8 eggs in a bowl and add milk and cheese (salt and pepper optional)  Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes covered with foil.  Remove foil and bake 20-30 minutes longer
