Cherry Muffins
Combine:
2 c. flour
4 t. baking powder
3/4 c. sugar
1 t. salt
Fold in: 1 can of drained, pitted cherries (cut cherries in half)
Add to dry mixture:
2 eggs (beaten)
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. milk
Topping before baking
1/4 c. sugar and 1/2 t. cinnamon
Grease muffin tin and bake at 400 degrees for 15 min.
