Nine lasagna noodles
One large package of mozzarella cheese
One large container of spaghetti sauce
One pound of ground beef or ground turkey
Parmesan Cheese
Cooking Spray
Boil lasagna noodles in large pot of water until tender. Drain in colander and rinse with cold water. Brown meat in fry pan until no longer pink. Drain in colander. You should have two colanders or remove the noodles and put in a bowl. Add browned meat to spaghetti sauce in a bowl. Spray bottom of a 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray. Place three lasagna noodles on the bottom. The next layer is meat sauce. Next layer is mozzarella cheese. Do this three times being careful not to layer with too much of each ingredient. It's always better to have too much on the very top layer. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Uncover, and bake about 20 minutes longer being careful the top doesn't burn. Observe the last 20 minutes. Let cool before cutting. It sets up and seems to cut easier the second day after it's been refrigerated.
